We love Sheffield and it has some great modernist architecture so it was the obvious choice for the second of our city guides.

35 buildings spanning nearly 100 years - from Classical Modernism to Post Modernism with some healthy doses of Brutalism.

Each building has a picture, short description, date and (where known) the name of the architect. 

Sheffield is a very compact and walkable city so this guide is great for self guided tours or, if you can't visit, you can explore Sheffield's built environment from the comfort of your armchair.
