To celebrate the launch of four new Liverpool tours on the Modernist App, join Dominic Wilkinson, Principal Lecturer in Architecture at Liverpool John Moores University, for a walking tour through the retail and business districts, exploring the rich variety of architectural styles that define the city centre — from Art Deco to the downright Brutal.
The tour culminates at Building in Focus: Beneath the River Mersey, the current exhibition at RIBA North, Mann Island.
NB: Walk will be approximately 2 hours in length - this is an outdoor event and is at the mercy of the weather, please dress accordingly, and take extra care with road traffic and all those other on street hazards!
