William Mitchell Centennial 'Pilgrimage' Walk Celebrating 100 years of the visionary artist. 

Saturday 3rd May

Meeting Point: The Minute Men, Salford University - 1.00pm

Join Mitchell superfan, Richard Brook, for a 3.5-mile pilgrimage walk (approx. 2–2.5 hours) from Salford, to the City Centre, and Collyhurst, visiting artworks of William Mitchell, who would have been 100 years old on the 30th of April 2025.

Highlights include:

·        The Minute Men: Salford totems

·        Mercure Hotel: Staircase flights of fancy

·        CIS Foyer: Exclusive access to experience Mitchell’s work firsthand

·        Eastford Square: an immovable object

Be prepared for a quite a walk!
