We’ve always loved Preston Bus Station and so we asked Matthew Steele to design this print when it celebrated its fiftieth anniversary.

'Working with engineers Ove Arup, we created an iconic modernist structure that was hailed as an architectural triumph when it was built in 1969.

Striking sculptural concrete edges to the four and five levels of car parking became the aesthetic driver for the building and provide shelter to the bus passengers below.

Everything is designed down to the last elegant detail including the airport style signage by our graphics team.' BDP
